The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an online catalogue without commitment. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
You may add items to your cart without obligation and amend your selection at any time during the checkout process. By clicking "Place Order", you submit a binding order for the items in your cart.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when you receive a shipping confirmation email or upon delivery of the goods.
If a product is temporarily out of stock or permanently discontinued, we will inform you accordingly. Discontinued items will be cancelled and refunded. If a reprint is planned, you may choose to keep your order as a pre-order.
We do not retain the text of the contract after order completion.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Shipping costs are added to the product price and displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Deliveries to Switzerland are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms; the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and formalities.
We ship exclusively by postal carrier. In-store pickup is not available.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we aim to dispatch orders within 30 days of order confirmation, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available depending on your delivery country:
Credit/debit card — charged upon order processing
PayPal — requires an active PayPal account. Instructions provided at checkout.
5. Pre-orders
You may pre-order items scheduled for future release.
Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page but may be subject to change.
Payment is charged at the time of ordering.
Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as items become available.
If a pre-ordered item cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Retention of Title: Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. Transport Damage
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights but helps us pursue claims against carriers or insurers.
7. Warranty & Statutory Rights
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with applicable law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French and EU consumer law.
8. Customer Service
For any question, complaint, or request, please contact us at: info@cycliclaw.com
9. Liability
Our liability is governed by applicable law. We shall not be liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of personal injury, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected during your order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website, and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Dispute Resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
You also have the right to seek free-of-charge mediation through a certified consumer mediator. The mediator we have designated is: [name and contact details of mediator].
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely reflects the original commercial intent.
Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive(s) the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, for example by using the model withdrawal form in the Annex below.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard one we offer). Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, whichever is the earliest.
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are at your expense. You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
