GENOCIDE
ORGAN "In-Konflikt" CD
(Tesco 060) Tesco Organisation
Finally a new album by Genocide Organ! It's been years since "The
Truth Will Make You Free" was released in 1999. These 11 new
tracks reflect the development of the band during the last five years--a
mixture that ranges from industrial and power electronics to the dark,
depressive, ambient-noise outbursts for which Genocide Organ is known.
Genocide Organ doesn't reflect concrete events of any particular nature--this
is an abstract questioning of everything with anything--a call to
action that ends in a waste of energy--a call for a movement that
is a waste of time--a nihilistic, pessimistic worldview that leads
somewhere. We all just fill space and are part of "In-Konflikt."
CD is presented in a digipak with booklet.

GOLGATHA
"Tales Of Transgression & Sacrifice" CD in DVD size
Digipack
(cmi176) Cold Meat Industry
‘Transgression means to step over a certain
point that normally cannot, or should not be passed; to transgress
boundaries is to break down boundaries — transgression is a
departure from the given, the existing, the normal, the world as we
know it.’
The French philosopher Georges Bataille serves as the inspiration
for the new and third fulltime album of the German ritual-folk-band
:Golgatha:. Founded in 2004 by Christoph Donarski and S. Marleni,
:Golgatha: began in the dark realms of ambient-drones and continually
developed their use of acoustic instruments to create a unique mixture
organic and electronic elements. After two acclaimed albums on the
subject of heroism, ‘Tales of Transgression & Sacrifice’
marks a certain change of course in the music of :Golgatha: –
in a psychonautic trip from ritual-drumming via multi-textured soundscapes
up to catchy folk-songs this album appears even more sensual, erotic
and fascinating than before. Included are new versions of the songs
‘Rites of Spring’ (from CMI-compilation ‘All My
Dead Friends’), ‘Garden of Love’(from NONPOP-compilation)
and ‘Flesh of the Orchid’. This time :Golgatha: introduce
the beautiful female voice of Sorakey besides a wide variety of acoustic
instrumentation (acoustic guitar, viola, bodhran drum, Asian gong,
flutes etc.). ‘Tales of Transgression & Sacrifice’
was produced in close collaboration with German photo-artist Birthe
Klementowski, who has done mystic and erotic pictures for each song
contained, reproduced in the booklet. The new album by German ritual-folk-band
:Golgatha: will appeal to fans of apocalyptic folk, shamanistic soundscapes
and gothic-mysticism alike. Comes in a very exclusive DVD-sized digipak
with 32 pages booklet.

GRUNT
"Seer Of Decay" 2xCD
(cd037) Freak Animal
Landmark of Grunt's almost 15 year long career.
This double CD is actually first real studio CD. Debut CD on Les Disquis
Bruitistes label released back in 1997 was mere collection of whatever
tracks remained unpublished, unrelated to eachother. After that, all
discs were either split, collaboration or re-release of tapes/CDr's
with bonus live tracks etc. Therefore this double CD is first "aimed
to be album" kind of Grunt CD release, essential for anyone who
wants to see how Grunt sounds like as well as complete their collection
of Grunt. It is suitable no matter what side of project's work ("harshnoise"
or "pe/industrial") you enjoy.
-1st disc offers constructed power electronics/noise, close to earlier
well known Grunt releases as "Europe After Storm" or "Terror
& Degeneration". Heavy loops and analogue electronics with
samples and violent vocal attacks are combined with painful sounds
of screeching iron and rusty metal. Also unusual methods with keyboards
and other unusual elements are hidden into songs. 2nd disc offers
long tracks of colossal sound of industrial-noise orgy. Coarse and
harsh sound of completely acoustic metal noise, starting from disturbing
screech and clangs, ending up into full scale noise orgy. About 2
hours of Grunt p.e.-noise is packaged in no less than 50 page pro-printed
paperback-book covers! Includes lyrics and plenty of artwork.

GRUNTSPLATTER
"The Eulogists Assembly" CD
(Gru052) Eibon Records
Bringing "death industrial" to new,
never before experienced levels, US noise manipulators GRUNTSPLATTER
throw us in a desertic, abandoned, outworldly land where the only
sounds come from agonizing machineries, abandoned to their inevitable
rusting processes // Construction. concretion. abrasion. decay. A
flow of energetic noise bursts mixed with dark ambiences, a new sensational
chapter in the GRUNTSPLATTER saga.

GS
"Metafizyka" CD
(abm19) Ars benevola mater
GS's sound evokes the elemental completion of
the symbol together with the mechanical and almost unconscious gesture
of the ritual. This is the ideal place for a music which is obsessive
in its forms, rarified and nebulous in its emanations. The six tracks
which coldly paint the soundpath evoked by GS (HOROLOGIUM side proj.)
offer a series of industrial soundscapes in a sacred and tormented
key, where the inviolable dark of an ancient nave meet the grieving
silence of an abandoned industrial area.
